CODE LAB developed the game Snack Guys as a commercial game for virtual reality.
This SERVICE is provided by CODE LAB and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors about our policies on collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information should anyone choose to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in connection with this policy. Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible on Snack Guys, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Important Notes: The Snack Guys is a MULTIPLAYER game that currently requires an online connection to use. However, we do not collect registration information from our users. At present, we provide an audio-only communication feature, where each user can disable/activate their microphone if they wish. We emphasize that we do not provide resources for exchanging messages, photos, videos, or any geolocation data. These privacy policies may be subject to possible future updates.
1- MONETIZATION AND PURCHASE POLICY
The application hosted on the platform does not contain, nor does it use, any third-party e-commerce, including payment processing, shopping or advertising applications. Being in compliance with the Oculus Bulk IAP or Subscription Licenses application policy.
The application does not permit or facilitate any installation, distribution download or access in connection with any platform other than Meta Platforms Technologies.

2 – COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
For a better experience, when using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information: IP Address and game scores. The information we request will be retained by us and used to create internal game metrics and indicators. These metrics will be used by the development team for the sole purpose of improving game mechanics and user experience, and will never be communicated to third party services or companies.
We will protect personal information using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
We will only retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill these purposes.

3- CHANGING INFORMATION
You have the right to request that we update personal information about you that is incorrect in our systems. To do this, you must send an e-mail message to dibsoftwares@hotmail.com requesting your request.
However, the user can already update and change personal information within the game in the user profile area. We emphasize that we will not use any personal data for commercial use, only for the internal management of the game.
4- DELETING PERSONAL DATA
Every user has the right to request the deletion of any personal information that we have collected and/or retained. Once we receive and confirm the consumer’s request, we will delete (and instruct all of our service providers to delete) the personal information from our records. To do this, it is essential that you send an e-mail message to dibsoftwares@hotmail.com requesting your request to delete personal information.
If requested, this request will be respected and acted upon, regardless of the circumstance, unless the law requires otherwise.

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, we strive to use commercially acceptable means for its protection. But remember, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee your absolute security.

These Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the event we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.
