Snack Guys is a multiplayer game that currently requires an online connection to function. However, we do not collect registration information from users.

We currently provide audio-only communication, where each user can enable or disable their microphone at will. We emphasize that we do not support the exchange of text messages, images, videos, or any form of geolocation data.

1 – MONETIZATION AND PURCHASE POLICY

The application hosted on the platform does not include or utilize any third-party e-commerce solutions, including payment processing, shopping, or advertising systems. It is compliant with the Oculus Bulk IAP and Subscription Licenses policy.

The application does not support or facilitate installation, distribution, downloading, or access on any platform other than Meta Platforms Technologies.

To improve your experience while using our Service, we may collect limited personally identifiable information such as IP address and in-game scores.

This information is stored securely and used solely by our development team to generate internal metrics aimed at improving gameplay and user experience. We do not share or sell this data with any third-party services or companies.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes.

3 – CHANGING INFORMATION

Additionally, players can manage and update some personal information within the game's profile settings. Please note: your data will never be used for commercial purposes, only for internal game operations.

All users have the right to request the deletion of their personal information stored by us. Upon receiving and confirming such a request, we will delete all related data from our systems and instruct our service providers to do the same.
